PEACE BUILDING
Introduction
The field of peacebuilding developed in response to some of the world’s most severe cases of violence and armed conflict. Essentially, peacebuilding seeks to prevent, reduce, transform and help people recover from violence and armed conflict, as well as empowering people to foster positive relationships at all levels of society.
FADRA through Diocese of Kajo-Keji came up with Peace Building project aiming at Building Peace and trauma healing in the entire Kajo Keji County South Sudan because the civil war affected the communities with bitterness on them as their properties are destroyed and dear Ones lost during the war.
In addition to that, the population is divided along different political affiliations. So, this needs an effort to build confident in them and as well engage them in reconciliation process.
